Most practices choose the Pro package — from single-chair practices up to 10 chairs; it includes integrated invoicing, Calendar 2.0, physician accounting, and marketing follow-up. For starting 1-2 chair practices, Start is ideal. For larger clinics and multiple locations, Max or Ultra is recommended.

The Start package has no annual fee, and neither does Lite up to 2 chairs. Otherwise the subscription carries an annual fee — the exact amounts are on the Packages page and in your quote. The monthly fee includes software usage, updates, training, phone support and data storage. Add-on modules (e.g. medical mobile app, electronic signature) can be ordered separately.

Yes, the Medical mobile app (iOS and Android) is available from the Pro package and above. In Start and Lite packages, it can be ordered as an add-on. Through the mobile app, calendar, patient records, and notifications are accessible from anywhere.

Flexi-Dent is cloud-based, so an internet connection is required. In case of short outages, the system reconnects automatically. We recommend keeping a backup mobile hotspot ready for uninterrupted operation.
